I have worked in the local Construction Industry for over 25 years, specializing in Cost Management. Projects up to 18M. Jobs as large as 13,000 sqft under A/C. Another had nearly 18,500 total sqft. Beach-front homes, Penthouse Condos, Attached Airplane Hangars. A custom home to be built on an island – no power or running water and no access other than by boat/barge!
I have maintained strong relationships based in mutual respect with hundreds of Local Contacts across all facets of Construction that I can call on to help my Clients. My deep background provides me a level of insight into the process that is unique in the local Industry.

Clients are often (rightly) interested in knowing the credentials of the person assigned to Supervise the Construction of their Project in the Field, but they fail to question those of the person who built their original Budget and is tasked with managing their Project’s costs along the way. What are that person’s qualifications?

I have nearly 25 years of experience as an Estimator/Purchasing Agent for some of the area’s most reputable Builders. I have worked on Projects up to 18M. Jobs as large as 13,000 sqft under A/C. Another had nearly 18,500 total sqft. Beach-front homes, Penthouse Condos, Attached Airplane Hangars. A custom home to be built on an island – no power or running water and no access other than by boat/barge!
